The hot water pressure was frustratingly low during our stay, making showers difficult. the sliding bathroom door didn't close properly, leaving a noticeable gap which affected privacy. these issues made for an uncomfortable experience that did not meet my expectations.

The Norwood was a clean and comfortable guesthouse located conveniently near Balloch Castle and local amenities. The hosts were welcoming, and the Scottish cooked breakfast was delightful, offering a hearty start to the day. The en-suite bathrooms were stylish, and our room had beautifully fresh linen on the comfy bed. We appreciated the shared kitchen area, which was handy for making snacks.

I had a lovely time here, enjoying a cozy room with crisp linens and a delicious breakfast that fueled my adventures. There were plenty of opportunities to unwind with a shared living room and a nice little kitchen for snacks.
