Our room with large bed was reasonably spacious and fairly quiet. The location was very central, just off Balloch Castle park which offers a lovely walk through the grounds and along the Loch, Very near bus station and the local bars and restaurants.

We spent 1 night in functional room with large bed. The location was exceptionally nice and unbeatable, for example, a bus station was next to the venue. It was 1 km from Mcdonald's Restaurants, offering quick-service food.

The place is clean, the room is cosy, the staff is lovely. The room is reasonably priced. They offer a work desk, tea/coffee making equipment, and a flat-screen TV with cable channels. Can be described as a delightful experience, recommend.

The continental breakfast was a big plus. The location close to city centre was nice and ideal. Shopping outlets and supermarkets were right next door.

Amazing location in a beautiful area close enough to the castle, supermarket and the lake with lovely ballad close by. Extra care from the gentle staff.

We lovely spend 2 nights in Balloch. We stayed in a spotless room with modern bathroom, and appreciated it.

The location in the centre of Balloch was amazing. Found in the beautiful area adjacent to waterside and Balloch Castle park, the hotel offered great prices.

The staff is amicable and gentle. The rooms here are extremely spacious and quiet with washing machine and tumble dryer. There is a variety of supplies like : a refrigerator, an electric kettle and central heating.

There is hair in some places.

Stayed here for 1 night with my family, had a brilliant stay. The location was incredible in the centre of town close to all amenities. Liked an electric kettle, a microwave and central heating in the room. There was a nice view of garden. The staff was very helpful and gentle all the time.

It was fairly clean, and the people were gentle. The location was good and magnificent, close to restaurants and pubs. There was variety of restaurants and pubs nearby.

It was reasonably priced. The rooms where immaculate and bright with large bed. The location was pleasant, not too far away from a surrounding park.

Pleasant place, free parking, gentle staff. Units with washing machine and tumble dryer. Marvellous location, in front of the lake. Outstanding and gorgeous food for breakfast.

The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the nearby attractions. The hosts were friendly and provided helpful recommendations for local restaurants. Plus, the continental breakfast had a good variety of options to choose from.

The noise from the passing traffic was quite noticeable, especially when the window was open. It would have been nicer if the noise could have been reduced somehow for a more peaceful stay.
